This website is operated by an authorised channel partner — a marketing partner handling enquiries for the project. It is not the official website of the builder. Nambiar Beverly Park is built by Nambiar Builders, a Nambiar Group company; we are not the builder or the developer. The project is a pre-launch gated villa community at Bilwaradahalli on Bannerghatta Road, in south Bangalore. K-RERA registration has been applied for; approval is expected by 20 August 2026 and no registration number has been allotted; our own K-RERA agent registration will be published here following the project's RERA approval. All images on this site are artist's impressions and all figures are indicative and subject to change — the K-RERA registered documents are the binding source once issued.
1. What We Collect
Enquiry form details: When you submit the enquiry form, request a brochure or ask for a cost sheet, we collect the name, phone number and email address you type in, together with any message or preference you add (for example the villa size you are interested in). These fields are what the form asks for; we do not ask for financial details, identity documents or payment information anywhere on this website.
Usage data: Our web server and analytics record ordinary technical information about your visit — the pages you opened, the approximate time spent, the browser and device type, and the referring link. This is used in aggregate to see which pages are useful; it is not used to build a profile of you personally.
Cookies: Small data files stored by your browser remember your preferences and how you moved through the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then behave less smoothly, but the content remains readable.
2. How We Use It
Your enquiry details are used to answer the question you asked: to send the brochure, the current cost sheet or the master-plan artwork, to arrange a site visit, and to follow up on your enquiry. We may also send occasional updates about this project — changes to indicative pricing, the K-RERA registration position, or the release of new information — by phone call, SMS, email or WhatsApp.
Consent to contact: By submitting your details you consent to being contacted on the number and email you provide, including where that number is registered on a Do Not Call or DND list. That consent is limited to this project and lasts until you withdraw it.
What we do not do: We do not sell your details, rent them out, or pass them to unrelated advertisers for their own marketing.
3. Who Your Data Is Shared With
The builder: Enquiries are passed to Nambiar Builders and their appointed sales team so that your enquiry can be registered and answered by the people who actually hold the project information.
Our associates and service providers: Your details may be handled by our own team and by RERA-registered associates working on this project, and by the service providers that run our form, email and hosting infrastructure. They may use the data only to carry out that work.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information where we are required to by law, by a court, or by a regulator such as the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
4. Keeping It Secure and How Long We Keep It
Enquiry data is held on access-controlled systems and is available only to the team members who need it to respond to you. We keep it for as long as your enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, and we delete it once it no longer serves that purpose or once you ask us to.
5. Your Rights and How to Remove Your Data
You may ask us at any time to show you the personal details we hold about you, to correct them, to stop contacting you, or to delete them entirely. Send that request through our contact page from the email address you used, or reply asking to opt out to any message we have sent you, and we will act on it. Withdrawing consent stops further marketing contact from us; it does not affect any communication you have already received.
6. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes — for instance when the project's K-RERA registration is issued and our agent registration is published — the revised version will be posted on this page. Please re-read it if you return to the site after a gap.
