Several Ways to Get in Touch
There are three ways to reach the Nambiar Beverly Park enquiry team, and all of them land on the same desk. Use whichever is most convenient — the information that comes back is the same either way.
1. Call or WhatsApp
Use the call or WhatsApp button anchored to the bottom of every page on this site. This is the quickest route if you want to talk through the two villa footprints, the plot mix in Phase 1, or how the indicative pricing is built up, before committing anything to writing.
2. Fill the Enquiry Form
Submit your name, email and phone number through the form on this page, along with the footprint and facing you are considering. Our team will call back, send the current cost sheet and the brochure, and answer questions on the master plan, the payment structure and the K-RERA position. We reply within one working day during working hours.
3. Ask for the Documents Only
If you would rather read before you talk, ask for the brochure and cost sheet alone. Both are emailed to the address you register, and nobody will call unless you tell us to.
What We Help You With
Brochure and Cost Sheet
The Nambiar Beverly Park brochure covers the Phase 1 master plan, the two principal villa footprints, the G+2 layout with its terrace-level second floor, and the indicative pricing. The cost sheet sets out the rate of ₹13,499 per sq.ft. on saleable area, the development and infrastructure charges, and the preferential-location charge where it applies. Both are indicative pre-launch figures and are subject to change.
Registering Your Interest
Expressions of interest are being taken now, from ₹5 lakh. Once you have read the brochure and the cost sheet, our team walks you through the Expression of Interest (EOI). An EOI records the footprint and facing you want and your place in the allotment queue — it is not a booking, not a sale agreement, and it does not fix a price or create a right over a particular plot. The EOI is fully refundable if you choose not to proceed, at any point before you sign a formal agreement; ask for that term to be recorded on your receipt along with the amount and the payee, and note that the right runs up to signature and no further. K-RERA registration for this project has been applied for; approval is expected by 20 August 2026 and no registration number has been allotted; no booking should be made until it is in place. Read those together and the position is a straightforward one: you can register an interest today, you can have the money back if you change your mind before signature, and nothing is sold to anyone until the registration is granted. Verify the current status at rera.karnataka.gov.in.
The Villas
Buyers here purchase a built villa, not bare land. Phase 1 opens across 36 acres of the 76-acre master development and holds 298 villas. The two principal footprints are 35 × 55 on a 1,925 sq.ft. plot, built out to 3,732–3,782 sq.ft., and 40 × 63 on a 2,520 sq.ft. plot, built out to 4,627–4,638 sq.ft. Each is a G+2 with four bedrooms — one on the ground floor, three on the first around a double-height void — a private lift serving all three levels, covered parking for two cars, a driver's toilet and a separate domestic-help room. The second floor is a terrace level.
Telling Us Your Preferences
The more specific you are, the more useful the shortlist. Let us know the villa footprint you want (35 × 55 or 40 × 63), the facing you prefer (east or west — Phase 1 carries both in each footprint), and whether you would rather have a corner or an internal plot. If a park frontage matters to you, say so: six landscaped parks run along the southern edge of the layout and the villas addressing them are limited in number. Our team will come back with what currently matches and flag where a preferential-location charge would apply.
Allotment
Allotment follows K-RERA registration, not the EOI. Once registration is issued and a villa is allotted, an allotment letter is raised in your name and the Agreement to Sale is executed against the registered plan. The K-RERA registration, once granted, is the legally binding source for areas, approvals and timelines — ahead of anything published on this site or in the brochure.
Visiting the Site
The project is pre-launch. There is no sales office and no show villa open at Bilwaradahalli, and we will not tell you otherwise. What our team can do now is share the exact location pin (12.823744, 77.571837) so you can see the parcel on Bannerghatta Road for yourself, walk you through the master plan and the road hierarchy, and let you know as soon as site access is formally arranged.

9. Which footprints and facings can I ask for?
Phase 1 holds 298 villas across two principal footprints, 35 × 55 and 40 × 63, each in east- and west-facing versions. Tell us the footprint, the facing and whether you want a corner or internal plot, and we will confirm what matches.
